This role is for a Sales Operations Analyst, officially titled as a Global Partner Program Specialist. It’s a 12-month contract role where you’ll be a vital part of the Snowflake Partner Network (SPN) team.
Your mission? To help Snowflake’s partners succeed. You’ll guide them through onboarding, training, and making the most of Snowflake’s resources. Think of yourself as a bridge between partners and internal teams — solving issues, providing clarity, and ensuring partners reach their program goals.
You’ll manage a large volume of interactions, communicate requirements, and be a go-to contact for partners starting or growing their journey with Snowflake. This role is ideal for someone who loves organization, enjoys communicating, and thrives in fast-paced tech environments.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the onboarding process for new Snowflake partners to ensure a smooth and positive start.
- Clearly explain program requirements, available resources, and best practices through both writing and presentations.
- Guide partners through the SPN program levels and ensure they are progressing toward their goals.
- Conduct onboarding and enablement sessions using Snowflake-provided content and your own approach.
- Manage the coordination and execution of documentation and internal support processes.
- Resolve partner issues by working with internal teams and providing timely updates.
- Keep thorough records of partner engagements and status updates.
- Collaborate with teams across Snowflake to make sure the partner experience is seamless.
- Help partners achieve key program milestones and benefits.
- Understand each partner's goals and provide them with tailored suggestions.
- Identify and report any gaps or issues in the partner journey, and suggest improvements.

Requirements:
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in partner-facing or customer-facing roles like Partner Programs, Customer Support, Sales Operations, Customer Success, or Training.
- Comfortable managing multiple partner interactions and strategic engagements — not just support tickets.
- Strong communication skills, especially when speaking with executives or presenting ideas clearly.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Additional language skills such as Japanese or Mandarin.
- Prior experience with channel/partner programs.
- Experience working in fast-paced, global, and tech-driven environments.
